Firefighters are legendary for their bravery and creative cooking. This one uses simple, inexpensive ingredients and is downright delicious.
Preheat Oven to 350 deg F.
Place turkey wings in roasting pan. Sprinkle spices over peppers, onions, and celery. Place vegetables over the turkey and bake, covered, for one hour.
Spoon mushroom soup over the roasting pan. Bake, loosely covered, for an additional 30 minutes until turkey is very tender.
Serve with rice and cornbread. For a "Firehouse batch", double all quantities.
