Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Set aside a 12-cup muffin pan.
2. Cut 4-5 circles from each tortilla using a circular cookie cutter or knife & bottom of vegetable spiral cutter until you have ~15-25 total.
3. Place the tortilla circles into a large mixing bowl with 2 tbsp melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Toss until coated.
4. Flip the muffin tin upside down. Place the tortilla pieces in between muffin cups.
5. Bake 6 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, mix the chopped apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
7. Saute in a frying pan over medium heat with the remaining 2 tbps of butter until soft, but still a little crunch.
8. Remove tacos from oven and spoon apple mixture into them.
