Breakfast/Snack bread
Preheat oven to 350F;
Mix flour and spices together in separate bowl and set aside;
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy;
Add eggs one at a time mixing after each addition;
Add vanilla (optional);
Add applesauce and pumpkin;
Add flour and apple juice, alternating both, starting and ending with flour;
Mix in walnuts; and
Bake in oven for 1 hour.
