Suggest a better description1: Marinate chicken breasts in lemon juice and 1 tsp of garlic.
2: Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove from pan.
3: Brown marinated chicken for approx 5-7 mins per side.
4: Remove chicken from skillet and place in a 9 x 13 dish. In the same skillet, saute mushrooms, parsley, and minced garlic. Cut up bacon into small pieces.
5: In a small bowl, mix dijon, honey, mayo and onion powder. Pour over chicken breasts, then layer each breast with mushrooms and bacon. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover with tin foil and bake 25-30 mins.
