Make curry paste by combining ginger, garlic, chilli, lemon juice, turmeric, dried coriander, lime juice.
Fry Tbsp or so of the curry paste.
Stir in the crab meat.
Add tbsp of coconut milk.
Push meat back into shells and put in oven for 10-15mins.
Make salad of cucumber, radishes, cherry tomatoes and spring onions.
To make dressing grate ginger and squeeze out juice, add lime juice.
Pour over.
Dress with lemon juice, chilli, sesame oil.
Toss together.
Add crab on side and a wedge of lime.
