In fry pan, brown ground beef, season with Chili powder, garlic, salt & pepper. Drain well
Add beans, Onion, Molasses, and Ketchup then bring to a boil.
Top with Pillsbury Biscuits and bake at 400 for 12 - 15 minutes until biscuits are brown and bean mixture is bubbly
