Suggest a better descriptionCut up round steak, trimming off fat. In a large pot, brown meat in vegetable oil, remove all fat possible.
Add cut up onion, pepper, corn, stewed tomatoes, diced carrots, Worcestershire sauce, okra, seasoning salt, and bay leaves. Add water to cover and salt as desired. Let simmer 1 1/2 - 2 hours adding water as needed.
About 30 minutes before finishing, add diced potatoes. When done, remove bay leaves.
You can divide this stew and put into container and freeze. Reheat on the stove as the microwave may spoil the texture of the potatoes.
