Add flour and some pepper in ziploc bag. Add stew meat, close and shake until meat is covered.
Add olive oil to Instant Pot on Sauté. Add stew meat and sear sides, scraping bottom of pan constantly. Remove meat, add onion and garlic and sauté. Add a bit of broth to deglaze pot, scraping up all bits from the bottom. Add back meat, rest of broth. Select Meat/stew setting on Instant Pot, 35 minutes and cook on high pressure.
Start making egg noodles.
When instant pot done, add mushrooms, sour cream and mustard. Cook 10 min to cook mushrooms. Thicken with cornstarch and water.
