1. Cube meat into bite size pieces & roll in flour.
2. Melt butter in frying pan; saute onions. Remove onions from fat. Add floured meat & brown.
3. Add onions, horseradish, water, salt, and pepper.
4. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. During the last 10 minutes uncover and add sour cream.
Serve over egg noodles
