Don't remember where I got this recipe
Prepare noodles as label directs; drain. Stir in 2 tablespoons butter and keep warm. Meanwhile, cut steak slantwise into 1/8" slices. In small bowl, stir flour, mustard, salt, pepper and mushrooms until blended. In a 12" skillet over medium high heat, in 4 tablespoons butter, cook onion and mushrooms until tender about 5 minutes. Add steak over high heat, cook until mixture is thickened about 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through, do not boil. Serve over noodles.
