1- Take water in a pot and add oil, salt, star anise, mace, bay leaf, black pepper, cinnamon, and large cardamom and boil it.
2- Now screen the hot spices and rice in that water and boil it leaving the mining.
3- Now in a cooking pot take ¼ cup oil and add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, whole cumin 1 tbsp, chicken, salt, red pepper powder 2 tbsp, turmeric 1 tsp, coriander powder 1 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tbsp, hot spices powder 1 tsp, black pepper powder 1 tsp, star anise, mace, bay leaf, cinnamon, large cardamom, prune 25g, green chili crushed 6pcs and tomato 200g crushed and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4- Now add yogurt ½ cup and cook for 2-3 minutes then add hot water ½ cup and leave it on a steam on low flame for 8-10 minutes. For garnishing add ginger, lemon, tomato, mint, green coriander, green chili. Your chicken masala is ready. Now in a cooking pot add one layer of already made chicken masala and then add one layer of boiled rice then garnish with hot spices, tomato, ginger, mint, green chili and green coriander.
5- Now add one more layer of chicken masala and add another layer of boiled rice and garnish again with hot spices, tomato, ginger, mint, green chili and green coriander.
6- Mix yellow color in water and pour a little bit of it on rice and sprinkle hot water and leave it on steam for 12-15 minutes on low flame.
