Suggest a better descriptionBRINE: combine vegetable stock, salt, brown sugar, molasses, rosemary, thyme, sage, allspice, bay leaves & pepper in large stock pot. Bring moisture to boil & simmer until sugar & salt have dissolved. Remove from heat & let cool to room temperature. Add water & ice. Put turkey in mixture breast side down & let brine over night. TURKEY: put oven rack on lowest setting & preheat oven to 325 degrees. Apply melted butter to turkey. Lightly season with salt & pepper inside & out. Stuff turkey with carrot, onion & celery. Baste turkey every 1/2 hour. After turkey has roasted apple glaze. GLAZE: combine all ingredients together in bowl.
