Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) In a medium saute pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
3) Add onion and peppers and cook until softened, stirring occasionally.
4) Remove from heat. Combine remaining 6 tablespoons butter, eggs, and sour cream in a large bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
5) Mix in corn, cornmeal, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and onion-pepper mixture.
6) Turn into a 2-quart buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until puffed and golden.
