Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven broiler. Mix crabmeat, parsley, almond flour, and crab seasoning. Beat together egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. Form into patties and place on a lightly greased broiler pan or baking sheet.
Broil for 10-15 minutes, until lightly brown. ( I prefer to pan fry/use skillet and Pam). That way, I omit the olive oil and still have 2 healthy fats. I melted butter & poured on top of the crab cakes instead)
