1. Crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until no pink remains
2. Drain grease, add olive oil, bell pepper, onion, garlic, italian seasoning, sautee until onions are clear
3. Line dutch oven with heavy duty foil or foil liner, grease well
4. In the oven, mold pizza dough from all three containers to the shape of the bottom, leaving the outer edges of the dough thicker than the middle
5. Spread pizza sauce over crust to within about an inch of the edge of dough
6. spread sausage over sauce, add vegetables
7. cover with cheese
8. Bake for about 20 minutes using 29 Coals on the lid and 16 under the oven until cheese has completely melted and crust is fully baked.
