Suggest a better descriptionSaute mushrooms and chopped onions in small amount of oil; when done, add ground beef - use medium heat, and saute until crumbly. Drain fat. Drain thawed spinach, and add to pan with other ingredients. When cooked through, add corn (frozen is ok. or any other froz. veg.) and stir thoroughly. Add tomato sauce, check the seasoning and turn the heat to low. Heat for at least 1/2 hour, and cook rice or pasta to be used as a base.
