Directions:
Preheat oven 300
Crust:
Mix with pastry blender confectioner sugar, flour & margarine. Spread on pizza pan. Bake until brown on edges 10-15 minutes in 300 degree oven. Cool.
Filling:
Mix cream chees, vanilla & sugar and spread over cooled crust. Slice fruit and place on top - strawberries, kiwi, bananas, and peaches.
Glaze:
Cook until it thickens corn starch, juice, sugar & lemon juice. Brush glaze on top of fruit.
