Put all ingredients but lemon and shrimp in frying pan and cook for 2 min - don't burn garlic. Take off heat. Add lemon zest, stir and pour over shrimp in a separate deep frying pan. Add lemon slices mixed in shrimp. Bake 12-15 min on 400 degrees. Remove from oven. Add juice from one lemon over shrimp and serve.
