Spread the rolled oats, and sesame seeds on a 1/2 sheet pan or large cookie sheet, preferably lined with parchment or Silpat liners.
Combine butter, honey, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon. Heat gently until the butter is melted.
Pour the butter mixture over the oat mixture, place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Bake until the oats are golden brown.
Remove oats from the oven and gently incorporate remaining ingredients. Allow to cool.
When granola is completely cooled store in an airtight container.
