In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients except salt and brown sugar.
In a small saucepan, whisk egg whites gently.
Over low heat, melt in coconut oil, brown sugar, liquid ingredients and salt.
Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly to ensure everything is well coated.
Press into baking pan about an inch deep. Keep mixture fairly tightly packed for clumps.
Bake at 300* for 30 minutes or so til nicely browned.
Turn off oven and let cool.
Break into bits and store.
