in a large mixing bowl combine oats, nuts, coconut, cinnamon, cardamom and salt.
add honey oil & vanilla, stir to combine evenally.
spread out on a baking paper on a baking tray.
bake for 40 mins, stir after 20 mins, until lightly browned.
cool completely until breaking up the clusters.
