Bake potatoes with special toppings
Bake Potatoes and keep warm.
Brown hamburger and onion in a large skillet. Drain fat. Add soup and simmer 15 minutes on low heat.
To serve: Cut potatoes in half and fluff with a fork; spread with hamburger mixture; add sour cream and shredded cheese on top. Put in oven until cheese is melted.
I let everyone come in a decide the amout of sour cream and cheese they would like on thier potato. Also, some choose to have the sour cream after melting the cheese, instead of melting with cheese. To each thier own!
