Brown sausage in a large skillet and drain well.
Sauté peppers, onion and mushrooms in butter until tender 3-5 minutes
Combine eggs and milk in bowl
In greased 9X13 metal pan layer croutons, sausage, veg mixture, provolone and mozzarella cheeses.
Pour milk mixture over all
Place tomato slices event over top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 300 degree oven over 1 1/2 hours.
Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
