Heat dressing in a large skillet with a lid.
Cook chicken until brown.
Add tortellini and broth to skillet. Cover with lid and cook until tortellini is tender and chicken is cooked through.
Add milk and peas and simmer, uncovered.
Add cheese and cook until sauce is thickened.
Sprinkle with bacon and parsley.
