350 Degree Oven preheated. Butter and flour Bundt pan
1. Whisk together poppy seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemoncello, and eggs,
2. Stand mixer with paddle. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda to bowl and mix to combine.
3. Turn mixer to low and add the butter, one tbls at a time until pea size crumble is achieved.
4. Turn mixer to medium and slowly stream egg mixture into bowl and beat until all is combined.
5. Turn mixer to medium high and beat 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
6. Make sure bottom of mixer is mixed up.
7. Pour into bundt pan smooth out the top .
8. Bake for 40 minutes or until tester is clean.
9. Let cool for 30 minutes and turn out onto a cake pedestal.
