Line 4 bowls with tortilla chips.
Scatter the chopped yellow pepper and tomatoes over the chips.
Top each bowl with 1/4 lb of the cooked shrimp and serve with salsa mixture.
Garnish with additional cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
