1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT noodles and toppings
2. add cooked noodles
3. Mix well
4. Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan (or 9 x 13 if you don't want it extra thick)
5. Combine sugar and cinnamon to taste
6. Sprinkle on kugel
7 . Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour
8 . Uncover and cook an additional 30 minutes
9. Let cool a bit before serving
I hate raisins, if you couldn't tell. PEACHES MAKE A GREAT SUBSTITUTE!
