This crab cake is mostly crab, very little binder, just enough to hold together, when frying.
Whisk together ingredients, mayonnaise through salt, until well blended. Add crab and stir to combine, being careful not to break crab up too much. Let sit for 20 minutes.
When ready to cook, melt butter in large skillet, shape crab cakes, drop onto melted butter let cook until well browned, flip and brown the other size.
Squirt lemon juice over cakes, serve immediately.
