1. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and cut the rest of the lemon into thin slices
2. Add olive oil, chopped garlic, oregano, salt and pepper
3. Place seafood in the marinade for 30 minutes, mixing periodically if not covered, add more olive oil
Cook spaghetti Al dente (do not overcook)
1. Heat a big thick pan and add the seafood marinade. Cook for 5 minutes on high heat
2. Add drained pasta, mix gently and well. Cook for another 5 minutes
