Easy " drop dough" style
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Arrange fruit in ungreased 9X9 baking dish
Sprinkle with lemon juice
Mix 1/3 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle on fruit and dot with butter
Mix 1 cup flour, 2 Tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until it is a fine crumb.
Add 3 Tbsp milk and one egg. Mix and drop by 9 spoonfuls on top of fruit.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes
You can use up to 2/3 cup flour, but I like less sweet, and more fruit taste
