Suggest a better descriptionI bake my chicken (or you could boil) until done and then cut up in small pieces; add soup and sour cream; mix well; Layer in 8x8 casserole dish; melt butter and mix crushed Ritz crackers and poppy seeds together. Layer on top; Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins; uncovered. I usually double this casserole
