Cream butter. Beat in remaining 11/2 c. sugar, then add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add alternately to butter mixture with sour cream.
Prepare a bundt pan with butter. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar nut mixture on bottom of pan, slightly less than 1/3. Add 1/2 of batter to pan. Cover with 1/2 remaining cinnamon sugar nut mixture, then repeat , ending with the remaining nut mixture on top.
Bake at 350 ° for about 50 minutes. The best way to check for doneness is at the edge of the center chimney.
