Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Cook ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet over medium heat until beef is brown, drain. Stir in seasoning mix and green chilies. Spoon into pie plate. Stir milk, eggs, and Bisquick mix until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with tomato, lettuce, sour cream and salsa.
