In skillet cook ground turkey until brown.
In crockpot put 3 cups dry beans, 12 cups water and 1 Tbsp salt.
Add ground turkey, seasoning, olives and corn and cook on low for 6 hours.
The last hour add tomatoes.
Top with cheese and sour cream, if desired.
