This salad travels well and is great for pot lucks, just dress the salad when you are ready to serve and add tortilla chips.
Chop all ingredients to same size bites. Pour off most of the oil from the dressing and dress the salad with the remaining seasonings and little bit of oil. Add tortilla chips. Toss. Enjoy
