Microwave broccoli in bowl for 5-7 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups of broccoli, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest to food processor. Process until almost smooth. Add 1/4 cup parmesan and pulse 2-3 times to combine. Add beans to remaining broccoli. Add pesto and mix. Top with remaining parmesan.
