Spicy Baked Salmon Preparation

Combine all seasoning ingredients and spread over the surface of the salmon. Bake (skin-side down) in a 350 F oven for 20 - 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.

If you're grilling it, do so over high heat for 10 - 15 minutes depending on thickness. Do not turn the salmon over.

Notes

This salmon can also be grilled on the barbecue, but watch for flare-ups!

Spicy Baked Salmon Reviews

I went a bit light on the pepper, salt and cayenne pepper because I'm weary of other people's recipes being too salty for me, but on this I regret it. It was still amazing, but next time I'll follow the direction exactly.

Very good. I added a small pat of butter and a little splenda light brown sugar on top of the fish. Also cooked onions in a little olive oil to add as a side dish.

Tasty. I served it with Sweet Potato hash browns to keep the whole thing Paleo diet friendly. Awesome

The flavor was awesome but a little too spicy for our taste. I will definitely make again but with probably half of the cayenne next time.

We really liked this one... Had it with baby taters with sour cream and chives along with corn in the cob- delicious!!! For previous posters... If you find this dry, add some extra oil and/or adjust cooking time.

So so so good! It's spicy (which my family likes) so be sure your taste buds are ok with that. I made the sauce exactly per instructions and grilled it on a wet cedar plank. Delicious! Will for sure make this again.

Very easy to make; I really like this recipe. I added some Panko bread crumbs to the topping to give it some crunch. Very tasty!

I added butter to the bottom of the pan before baking it so it would add some more flavor
