It was great, I was scared about a can of black beans, but it was very tasty!

Wow! I'm so pleasantly surprised how tasty this recipe is. I'm a carnivore for life but really enjoyed the flavor in this strictly vegetarian dish. I also modified the recipe by adding 1/2 cup more Quinoa and used only 1 can of beans. I also used "Better Than Bouillon" vegetable base. Thanks for the recipe. Great job!!

I bought the Quinoa to try and wasn't to happy with it cooked plain like rice, but with this recipe, loved it. I ddn't have vegetable broth, so used chicken broth.

Both of us new to quinoa, my boyfriend requested that I make this. I was skeptical at first, but I snuck a spoonful before serving it for lunch and was REALLY surprised at how flavorful this recipe turned out! Will make again!

I used this recipe as burrito filler and topped with greek yogurt, salsa and lime juice. Really tasty.

Healthy and tasty, I subbed mint for the cilantro and squeezed a bit of lemon juice. Yum!

Made this for a potluck event. People raved about it, served it chilled. Made the quinoa in my rice cooker. Will make again!

Very easy. Great flavors. Made 8-10 servings as a side dish.

Made in my rice cooker. Had friends that tried this with me. We all really liked this.

This was so fresh and so light - a really great recipe. The pacing of it is also great - sometimes I don't do all my prep before I start, and then I'm frantically trying to chop or tear while the pot bubbles away, but this was a really easy, calm recipe. The nutritionals seem to be a bit wack - not that that's the poster's fault. This is a Weight Watchers recipe and is an 8 point meal- according to these nutritionals it would be 19 points a serving!

Perfect and unique combination of spices and textures.

Really good! First time I've done it as asked. Now I'm using less cilantro cause otherwise you can't taste any other flavors...

This was delicious. I added some edamame for additional protein.

I had to substitute chicken broth for the vegetable, but it turned out delicious (without adding any toppings)! Husband and kids love it. This is the answer to my search for an amazing quinoa recipe.

Excellent! I converted this side-dish into a main course. It became the star of my burrito. Added cheese, chicken breast, salsa and a dab of sour cream. Everyone liked it!

Great dish! My picky veggie daughter loved it and it was a dish the whole family also enjoyed.
