Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and add in the oil, garlic and onion. Saute for 1 minute and then add in the cauliflower, black eyed peas, chard, lemon zest, Herbes, paprika, and salt & pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and serve warm with chicken.
