Suggest a better description- Fill one stainless steel bowl with ice
- Put another cold stainless steel bowl on top of the first bowl
- Mix well and gently the fresh salmon, smoked salmon and the olive oil. The oil will protect the protein in the mixture. Put the bowls in the fridge until you are finished mixing the other ingredients.
- The salmon should be prepared max 30 minutes before serving.
- Right before serving add all the other ingredients and mix together well. Add the salmon mixture and mix well but gently.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
