Easy to make. Healthier than most.
Melt butter, stir in cinnamon, sugar and cornflake crumbs. Mix till combined.
Press cornflake mix into pie dish. Place in fridge to cool and firm up.
In a large bowl, cream condensed milk and creamed cheese. Add lemon juice and mix till mix thickens and starts to set.
Pour into prepared pie dish and chill for at least 4 hours to set.
Optional extra is to add fruit such as mangoes or strawberries. May need to use some gelatin to set.
