mrsswill ,We really liked this recipe. I didn't add salt to the marinade but I did add about a teaspoon to the bread crumbs. My husband really wanted fried chicken so we decided to pan fry them in a half and inch of oil for about 5 minutes on each side. It solved the crust issue and the result was delicious!12y
shay822 ,This turned out great!! 2 get the bread crumbs 2 stick refrigerate it 4 30 min up 2 an hour with the bread crumbs on already.. Then I fried them 2 brown on each side then baked. Will definitely b makin this again:)12y

slafont ,Our family enjoyed the flavor of this chicken, but the crust did fall off. I will try it with the skin on next time to see if that makes a difference.12y

annettekitchen ,I have made this chicken a number of times and it always comes out moist and very flavorful. We llike it with the cayenne pepper added for that extra kick. It goes well with homemade mac and cheese.15y
dhill ,The chicken came out very tender, and it didn't taste bad. I used boneless skinless breasts and made chicken strips. I did not care for how the breading turned out. It was a bit soft and fell off the chicken. I have a similar recipe from the food network I prefer over this one for the breading, and I may use the maranade and marry the two recipes.16y
